ECC6 Plants replication

Hello experts. Let me try to explain our problem and lets see if you can provide us with a solution.

We are working in a new SRM and ECC6 implementation. Both systems are being customized and will go-live at the same time.

Plants in ECC6 have been already defined and cutomized in the system and, as this settings were ready, we replicated the plants to the SRM system. Now, we see that changes are carried out in the Plants customizng in ECC6 every day: some new plants are included and some others are deleted and new ones are created instead.

The plants have been never used yet. It means that our SRM system is still clean and we do not have yet any SC or othe document in the database.

How can we delete those plants that have been deleted in the ECC6 customazing? Is it possible to delete such plants in SRM?
