how do I install the 4.3 client rwd? because when only find it in the media:

RWD_uPerform_Client_4.30.0.21.sda

How to install windows? this is the correct file?

What media should I use?

Hi Luciano,

Is the client machine is on IE version 9 ?

RWD SPP 4.3 does not support IE 9 yet.

There are currently some successful stories for the compatibility

of SPP 4.31 and IE 9.

Please let me know if this is the case.
