SALES REP

Hi,

Our Client asked for Sales Rep Partner Functions. But we don't have HR Module.

Is there any way to create Sales Rep in SD Side and assign either with Customer Master record or in Sales Order Header.

Use t.code PAL1 or VPE1 to create the sale employee number and then assign the number in customer master for PE partner function. Also check the path spro->sales and distribution->master data->business partner->use sales employee without HR, before creating with the transaction codes.

Check OSS Note 854390 - FAQ: Use of the sales representative in SD without HR for further information.

Hi deep Blue,

Can you explain in detail.Since we don't have HR module, our system is not allowing to use the Tcode PAL1. So i think we need to create Sales Rep in SD Side.. So can you explain your answer?

Hi,

As a basic rule of this forum-->please search the forum before you post only if you dont find a suitable answer then post your question.

Just create a new partner functionl say Z2 and use that as your Sales Rep. Now, include this is Partner determination prcedure assigned to your sales doc.
