Hi all,
We are using SRM 7 ECS. Our SRM PO are output through ECC ( i.e we have deactivated the SRM PO output and activated the ECC PO output) as per SAP note 883693.
We have 8 PO document types which are configured for EDI in ECC through MN04.The EDI is real time. Therefore, as soon as an SRM PO is transmitted to ECC, and EDI is trigerred.
Our client's requirememt is that the buyer should be able to stop the EDI manually at will. This means that if there is a PO doc type which gets transmitted through EDI, for some POs the buyer should be able to stop the EDI. Then the buyer will printout and fax the PO to the vendor. We have explored the business process that both the EDI as well as the printout can be sent, but it does not meet the requirements. The buyers need to stop the PO whenever required
