Hi Gurus,
Please let me know how delivery blocks 18(customer reason) and 19 (sales reason) works. When I put these blocks at the sales order header level, I am still able to create delivery both manually and also through VL10G (RVV50R10C program).

check the path spro->logistics execution->shipping->deliveries->define reasons for blocking in shipping->delivery blockcks.
Here the delivery must be assigned to relevant delivery type. Assign and check by creating new sales order.
