trackable SFC: routing needed when SFC done ?

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a trackable SFC with PR300 "Create Trackabke SFC". I fill "SFC", "Qty", "Material", "Version" and I select the flag "Mark SFC As Done".

If I'm trying to save, the system returns an error "Define a routing to create trackable SFC for...(Message 18811) -> According to the documentation, the routing is only needed if we want to place the SFC in queue at a routing and not when the SFC is created with flag "Mark SFC as Done".

Any idea why I receive this error ?

Hello Michael,

As I can see in the code it is designed to mark SFC as Done on some Routing even if you select 'Mark SFC as Done' checkbox. As far as I understand you need to specify Routing in Shop Order or Material Maintenance in this case.
