Connection Refused:connect in web service test

Hi,

We have created the Webservice. When we tried to test the same it is giving error as An error has occurred. Maybe the request is not accepted by the server:Connection refused: connect

Please help.

We don't even know on which SAP software you are working...

We are using SAP netweaver 7.0 and the webservice is a customised one

How are you testing the WS?

What type of WS?

Probably, it seem a connectivity/access issue.

Try to test the WebService with a Tool (or with a sample HTTP post command).

However, Please, explain architecture and test operation...
