ERP EHP5 Cluster installation

Hi ,

We are going to install ERP ehp5 on windows machine with clustered installation ( fail over). I have a doubt on disk partitions.

Database : DB2 9.7 FP3

OS : 2008 SERVER

Configuration : We are using 2 nodes each node avialabe system attached hard disk 145 gb

DISK Space available in SAN 1200 gb

How to partition for cluster installation on the above configuration.

Dear Siva.

You will find a clear explanation on this in chapter 8 of the installation guide specific for your SAP release and platform (chapter "High Availability with Microsoft Cluster Service" ).

In particular, for the "SAP NetWeaver 7.0 ABAP+Java including Enhancement Package 2 on Windows: IBM DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows" installation guide, you will find the response in section 8.2.2: "Distribution of SAP System Components to Disks for MSCS" ( page 164 of the guide).
