Returns delivery deleted

Experts,

I have deleted return delivery .

After deleting it will,the return order is still show in document flow.

After deleting it why is it still showing in the document flow?

If system permits, Delete the return order in VA02 and then check the document flow.

If you have created a RE credit memo for return, then you can not delete the return order.

Check Status in document flow for more understanding.

The status is showing as Being Processed.

Your post is not clear! Do you want to delete the RE order? If yes, go to VA02 and try to delete it - Sales document > Delete

Then in document flow you shall not see the RE order.

If you have deleted the RE delivery, then you can NOT see the delivery in document flow.

The status of the RE order could be Open, Being Processed, Closed.

Please tell again what you want to do.

Diagnosis

The document cannot be completely deleted because further processing has already taken place or the document item does not permit deletion of the document.

Procedure

Display the document flow to see which subsequent documents have already been created.

You can attempt first of all to delete all the subsequent documents and then delete the current document.

If it is not possible to delete all subsequent documents, you can still enter a reason for rejection for all items to prevent any further references or deliveries being made.

I went to VLO2N and tried to delete the returns delivery and the error

Item 10 cannot be deleted (GM status)

Message no. VL111

Diagnosis

The goods movement status (partially or completely processed) does not allow the item to be deleted

Why do you want to delete the Returns Order.

As you have already deleted the Delivery (if not Reverse the Delivery with T-Cdoe - VL09)

Enter Reason for Rejection at Returns Sales Order - Reason for Rejection Tab.

Save the Document & then the Status will be Completed.

Hi,

Are you doing these for practice purposes?

If you have done PGI, first you have to reverse PGI with VL09. And then delete delivery in VL02N

Could you pls check if your VBFA is updated and still shows the delivery document?

Was there an update termination error?

I tried in my system and it doesn't show in the doc flow.

You have only deleted the return delivery. Return order is still existing and hence it is showing in the document flow.
