HI All,

In my projects alerts are configured and we are able to get the alerts to our mail once if we got any errors in the interfaces. But now no alert mail is triggered to my mail . I am able to see the alerts in the alert inbox of the run time work bench and in the sxmb_moni error messages . Could you please advice me the solution for resolving this issue.

Hi,

Also check whether you are subscribed to receive alerts or not...

ALRTPERS where you can personalise the alerts(subscribe and unsubscribe)...

Check once the above things..

Hello,

Please check in that alret configuration recipient list...maybe sombosy bymistake removed your mail address.

If receipt group is there check in that group if you role get changed thats why you wont be there in list.

Hi,

Please check in tcode SCOT if the mail server hosts are maintained. Also, in SU01 check against your userID if you have the email ID maintained there.
