Palletization

Gurus,

I have activated palletization in MMR.Then i do GR for 100 pieces.The system creates 10 pallets.Then i do GR for 50 pieces,it creates 5 pallets.

If all the palletsare kept in the same BIN,while picking how to make the system to pick the first cretaed pallet which is kept inside.

HI,

I assume you are not using SUM. In this case, at the end of the GR process you will have 150 pieces in the same bin, right? You have no chance to do it, you have only one quant.

OK.If i work with SUM,is it possible to solve this issue?

Could I know the putaway strategy and removal strategy, whether the additional to existing stock is actived or not and other paremeters, I think it is important for us to help to analyze your scenario.

Hi,

If you're picking based on FIFO, the system will sort first by GR date. Once it has all the valid quants and if the GR date is the same, it will then sort by quant number. What removal strategy are you using?
