Delivery has not yet been completely processed by WM Message no. VL608

I received the following message when I try to do a Post Goods Issue - PGI.

"Delivery has not yet been completely processed by WM Message no. VL608"

The Transfer order has been confirmed and the stock is available in the storage locations. Picking is completely processed. This is being executed in a lean WH.

I have gone through the forums for some solution, but I am unable to find help.

Can anybody please help?

Not sure whether you also have checked the following IMG area

LG > Shipping > Picking > Lean WM > Control "Plant/Storage Location/Warehouse No." Assignment.

There check whether the required combination is assigned

Yes, that assignment has already been done.

Only a few TOs are having these problems. Some others have been fully processed until PGI.

Would any other information help you suggest a resolution?
