Hello Experts,
I use SRM 7.0 with MDM 3.0.
I am facing the following issue in the SRM MDM User Interface (in Employee Self Service or in the Professional SC):
After connecting to the MDM user interface, selecting my catalog items and adding them to the cart, I click 'Check-out' to bring the items back into the Shopping Cart.
When I do however, instead of opening an SC with the catalog item, the system brings me back to the Universal Worklist screen.
I could not find any relevant information in the NWA logs or in ST22.
And the user I use to connect has SAP_ALL in both SRM and ECC, and Admin rights in MDM
Any input on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Sofiane
Hi Sofiane ,
IN SRM server add this attributes in SRM MDM call structure
98 BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER X
99 BYPASS_INB_HANDLER X
it redirect to UWL screen .
Thanks & Regards

Hi Pradeep,
This is also the answer I got from the SAP support, and indeed it worked.
However, it required applying several OSS notes before performing the customizing :
Note 1413730 - Catalog Items not adding in Shopping Cart
Note 1496455 - Follow-on note of note 1375713
Note 1567240 - Transfer items from Catalog, throws WDRuntimeExcep Exit Plug
Otherwise, the parameters were dumping the whole interface.
Anyway, thanks for your reply.
Sofiane
Hello Sam,
Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, we do not use internal goods in my implementation : it's either MDM catalog item or free text.
I am guessing it might be a bug as well, and am trying to fix it with the support, but I still need to know where it is coming from.
Has anyone experienced the same behaviour ?
Sofiane

HI,
What is the behaviour when you use a material or service from the internal goods?
Maybe its a bug
