Hi,
you can download all patches from here:
http://service.sap.com/supporttools
Please check transaction ST13 => RTCCTOOL to see which components have to be updated.

Hello,
Along with other standard tasks, please keep ST-A/PI and ST-PI patches in all the systems to the latest.
Thanks

I am trying to create Early watch alert throug DSWP in solman for dev server no task created in solman server ( in SDCCN).
and also when dialog task execute it run . when I double click on red flag in DSWP its heading is " Dates for this session are overdue" and detail is
The data for this session is overdue. Data has not yet been transferred from the associated managed system.
Go to the Service Data Control Center (transaction SDCCN) in the managed system and check why the data has not been sent.
Typical sources of errors are:
The RFC connection for the SAP Solution Manager system is not working.
The 'Task Processor' background job, which collects the session data, has been changed.
Problems arose while data was being collected (see the detail log for the task that collects the session data).
A periodic 'SDCC Maintenance Package' task has not been scheduled to check whether your SAP Solution Manager system requests session data.

Hello Shahid,
A red flag indicates that the EWA has been scheduled by Solution Manager, but the data fromt he Satelite system is overdue.
This usually means there is an issue on the managed system, and typically one of the SDCCN tasks has encountered an error, or there is some issue with the RFC back to Solman. It can also be a problem with the service session on Solman, where it
cannot be read, which happens when you run a refresh session task on the managed system, it will try and read the un-processed service sessions outstanding for it on the Solman system. Thsi si easy to check. If you get a dump when you try to open the service session in transactaction DSA, then you will get a reg flag for the EWA. If you can open it and see the tree and navigate it, then the problem will be on the managed system.
So I would start reviewing this wiki article http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=228262728
Then I would review the EWA Activation best practices document at
https://websmp109.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001873212008E
If the EWA Task is not being created, then the maintenance task is failing to runt he refresh session task. If the refresh session task is failing no EWA task wil be created. So what tasks are beign created? You only need the Maintenance {Package and the Service Preparation tasks scheduled. You should not be shceduiling refresh sessions or EWA tasks directly, otherwise you are not following best practices.
So 1) Maintenance Package task should refresh sessions.
Does it create the task? Yes? Does the task create an EWA task? No? Is the RFC Destination Correct. Is the Solution Maager system processing the EWAs set to Master in SDCCN settings? Is the refresh session taks using the correct *_BACK RFC to that SOlman?
2) If the Refresh task runs does it create an EWA task? It should if it can read the session on SOlman, and I already mentioned how you can test if it can be read in DSA. If the task is created, are there errors in the SDCCN task log? If there are, they need to be addressed. If not, then there may be a problem the RFC, settings or user type, or logon credentiials beign locked, invalid for the RFC user.
We assume the Task processor is running/actiive, but that should be checked.
THere can be a few other causes, but with the links I provided, and additional tips, you should be able to locate the issue.
Regards,
Paul

Hi,
do you see an Early Watch Alert task in SDCCN of the managed system? If not try to create a new task (Refresh sessions) to see if a task for data collection was pushed to managed system. If not check SDCCN connectivity from SMSY.
