Search criteria for search help in selection options

Hi Experts,

I have included search help for selection options, it is working fine but I didn't get search criteria for this.

Please can you advice how get search criteria functionality?

Which type of search help do you use for your select options, OVS or the ABAP dictionary searchhelp? For the OVS, see the [online documentation|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp2/helpdata/en/47/9ef8c99b5e3c5ce10000000a421937/frameset.htm] how to provide search criteria.

Search criteria for ABAP dictionary searchhelps are defined in SE11 - maybe the searchhelp you are using doesn't have any search criteria defined.

Test the searchhelp with a simple inputfield first (or in SE11 if it is a ABAP dictionary searchhelp)!
