Hi,

Usually data(both Master and Transactional data) is not transferred from one client to another. As highlighted by others, it is uploaded in each client separately from flat files.

As for configurations, they are moved from one client to another client using T.code SCC1 (This is the case when you are moving from one development client to another development client).

But If you want to move configurations from Development client to Testing client, then you need to release the configuration in T.code SE10 and then import it into Testing client which is usually a BASIS consultants work.

Actually question is not clear.Which data you want to transfer master data or transaction data.In general master data will be maintained individually in clients. In some cases they will transfer same master data from one client to other client.

Hi Ammulu,

SCC1 (Client copy)is the transaction code to copy the the transports from development golden client to testing client.

Enter the transaction code in testing client and enter the transport number and DON"T FORGET TO UNCHECK THE TEST CHECK BOX . Hope this explains.

master data is uploaded in each client.
