Partner functions in plan driven MM-SUS

hi experts

we are implementing SRM server 5.5 plan driven scenarios with supplier integration.

Here we have a scenarios where multiple vendors deal through a broker and the broker on behalf of many vendor creates an ASN, Invoice etc.

The documents will be in the name of the vendor however the broker will do the actual transactions .

The relationship between vendor and broker is many to many .

Can one contact person can have many vendors.

can a contact person have a user id and can logon on behalf of many vendors,

For each Po created the broker code will be inputed manully.

Is such type of partner function available as standard.

i will definetly reward points.

Hi Nimish,

The scenario which you are specifying can be implemented.

You create a user as Broker and assign him the administrator's roles.(If required you can modify this standard role to suit your requirement).

This will work as below:

There will be number of SUS vendors who will have a unique User ID. The admin user (Broker) can login into any of these users and carry out the transactions.This will solve your purpose that a single user who requires to create ASN and Invoices on behalf of many other vendors.

HI Amit

One we assign the Broker Admin role he will be accessing all the vendor .

How to restrict the PO dispaly which are pertaining to him only .

He should be able to create ASN only for the Po which pertains to him and not all ..

Do we have to do some development or is there some standard functionality availble

Curretnly we do not have any system in hand ..
