Issue with network or SFTP adapter

Hi Guys,

we have found a case where a file has been received empty by the receviers, although we can see in PI that message contains data and transmitted successfully from AE.

Please note that SFTP adapter is being used here and file contains encrypted data which is being sent outside the organization network.

Can it be network or there is issue with SFTP adapter?

Problem with Adapter or Adapter configuration.if there was any network issue,it would show error message

But there are no. of files which get transmitted daily and successfully.

So i dont think there is any issue with the configuration, there might be some issue with the network as connection would have failed while transmitting the data, but again I'm not sure here what could have caused this issue.

if there was any network issue exception occurs in Adapter Monitoring? what was the error message showing in Adapter Monitopring.

If you still believe Network issue check with your Network team.

there was no error occured in AE monitoring as per logs it processed successfully, but receiver party which is outside organization network complained saying that they receive this file empty.

where in PI we could see message contains data and message has been successfully processed, could it be issue on receiver end?

No issues from PI point of view,data lost happening in Network.. Network team only can check where data leackage happeining.

This might be due to network issues...check with your N/w team....
