SRM 3.0 to SRM 7.0

Hello Experts,

One of our clients is on SRM 3.0 and wants to migrate to SRM 7.0. We have suggested a fresh implementation instead of an upgrade. So I had some queries

1. How do we get all current business documents (SC, PO, GR etc) from SRM 3.0 to SRM 7.0? I mean all SCs residing in SRM 3.0 to be made available in SRM 7.0.

2. How to get their Org structure into SRM 7.0? Or should we manually create it?

3. Also we need to ensure that approved SCs in SRM 3.0 are in approved state in SRM 7.0 and not in some error state

4. Kindly highlight any more areas of concern that could crop up.

According to the what has been described in Page 9, for SRM 3.0

two step upgrade is necessary.

It is necessary to perform SPDD & SPAU twice.
