Field ILOAN in DM

Hi,

I was correcting devices corrupted by some reasons and going through tables EQUZ, ILOA, IFLOT as field ILOAN exists in all three tables.

What is ILOAN field for?

What is the relation between tables EQUZ, ILOA and IFLOT?

Is there another table I am missing here which is related to these and should be considered while correcting data?

Hi Nidhi,

As explained by Olivia in her post ILOAN field is used to link the below tables:

EQUI - contains Equipment No - EQUNR

EQUZ - contains Equipment No - EQUNR and ILOAN - Location and Acccount Assig for technical object

IFLOT - Functional Location table which contains ILOAN field

ILOA - PM Object Location and Account Assignment - contains ILOAN and ADRNR field

ADRC - contains ADRNR field

Hence ILOAN field is used to link Equipment related tables to technical objects like Connection Object which is also called as "Functional Location" in PM module.

Hello,

To my knowledge the sort field is only stored in table ILOA (in field ILOA-EQFNR). This record in ILOA is then linked to an equipment through EQUZ-ILOAN and this is where the sort field is stored.
