I am trying to configure the Diagnostic via Setup Wizard on Solution Manager (Solman_setup) and the following error shows up:
At least one support role assignment did not succed
User existence check failed : Server returned: 302 Redirect
Failed to get User ID for user with logonname SAPSUPPORT
!! Exception : Server returned: 302 Redirect
I don't realy have a clue how to solve that issue.

I think it is saying the userid SAPSUPPORT does not exist, you need to create it and give it the proper authorizations. I'd check the installation guide for this username and find out how it needs to be set up.
