Inspection lot

Hi,

I have a problem with my inspection lot creation. I have updated my material with 04 Inspection type.Each time I do MFBF for my FG the system is considering the same Inspection lot which I have created 3days back. If I go and check in QA03 for the generated document I can see 4 matl documents generated against the same Inspection lot.

Can any one tell me why system is considering the same old Inspection lot and what should I do if new Inspection lots to be created each time I do MFBF.

Hi,

Please check if you have the following settings in MM02 ( Quality Management view)

For 04 inspection type, Make sure the "control inspection lot" is having the following setting

' ' An inspection lot for each material document item"

If you set this one inspection lot will be created for each item in the goods receipt document.
