Hi Vadi,

Please try to re-activate the Enhancement Spot AGS_WORKCENTER_LAUNCHER (allthough it shows to be active) and see whether this resolves the issue.

To do this start transaction SE20 and enter at the field Ehancement Spot: AGS_WORKCENTER_LAUNCHER and press the display button. In the next screen use menu: 'Enhancement Spot' -> 'Activate'

Afterwards start SOLMAN_WORKCENTER again and check whether you have still the problem.

Kind regards,

Hi,

are you trying to access the system from same PC or some other system. If is the same PC. one network it is working, other network it not connected means, there you need to activate any proxy or router to link both the network,

Since my landscape we have router to link these both network.

Thanks,

Hello,

Port 8000 is used only when your system number is 00, if it is different then 80<system number> is used. Use in a Windows command line:

> netstat -a | findstr <sap hostname>

to see which port is used.

Dear Christian,

The system number is 00 only hence 8000 is the http port number being used.

There are no issue with http service and its not a port issue as far as my analysis.

Thanks,

Hello,

did you verify this with the netstat command? It could be maybe an other port if someone changed the icm/server_port_0 profile parameter.
