Problem in AutoCAD SAP Integration using CIDEON Connector

Hi,

I am facing a problem in integrating AutoCAD & SAP using the CIDEON Connector 6.1.

I have installed the CIDEON connector in the machine where already AUTOCAD is installed. As per my knowledge 'SAP' tab should appear in the AUTOCAD tab section as an additional tab, but the same is not appearing.

Installed Systems :

SAP EHP4.

AUTOCAD 2011(Trial Version). Client has already purchased the License but yet to arrive.

CIDEON CONNECTOR 6.1

Please let me know where to look into for the problem & additionaly let me know whether any other activities need to be carried out or the problem is with the Trial version of AUTOCAD.

Hi,

This is basic functionality of the Cideon connector. As soon as you have CAD software and the Cideon connector installed you should get it by default. Try re-installing the Cideon connector.

Thanks for your response.

Actually we tried reinstalling it again & again. Lastly I raised a message with SAP & now the problem is resolved. We had to run the AUTOCAD in administator mode that's it.

Hi Soumen, Could you let us know where you got the CIDEON Connector from?

We are trying to download from SAP Market place but the connector is not found.
