CTS+ - XI Ping - Could not connect to XI

Hi All,

While configuring CTS+ for PI System when we check SAP system->Check->Transport Tool getting the below error for DEV,QAS and PRD.

XI URL http://abhes:52200 --> Success

XI Logon Data User=NWDI_CTSADM, Password is defined --> Success

XI Ping Could not connect to XI --> Failed

Please help to resolve above.

Hello,

Please see note 1282592 to try to resolve this issue.

Also please check notes 1132191 and 1003674.

Ensure there are no locked users, and that the following roles have been added:

SAP_XI_CMS_SERV_USER

SAP_J2EE_ADMIN

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER

SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR

Hi Sarah,

No user is locked and all the roles are also assigned, but when i checked authorization test for the TMSADM@ getting the below error:

Error Details No RFC authorization for function module RFCPING.

Please help on this.

You need to give to TMSADM user, RFC role to execute Rfc Function.
