Hi

I think this problem is related to saprouter.

please check the sap router is started or not ?

I t is started then restart the saprouter and check saposs connection test:

you can use following commands to restart the sap router:

saprouter -s(stop the saprouter)

saprouter -r -V 2 -K "p:CN=SOLMAN, OU=0000491930<your cryptographic no), OU=SAProuter, O=SAP,

C=DE"(start the sap router).

Still the sap oss connection test gives errors, let me know i will tell the Problem what it is.

Hi Abhasood,

I think Currently, your SNC Saprouter process is not up and running, please stop your saprouter process with command ' saprouter -s ' and restart it and after that using the following with correct User.

saprouter -r -V 2 -K "p:CN=<hostname>, OU=<distinguish Number>, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

Please note that to ensure you Saprouter process is running, you must not close the command prompt screen after you started the above. Once you closed the screen, your saprouter process is stopped and your connection to SAP is dropped.

Now you can go to Sm59 check with the SAP-OSS and SAPOSS connection Logon Security Tab put the User name and Password is SUSER id .

Hope this. Please Let me know

Hi,

In which system you are testing the connection of SAP-OSS RFC?

If you are testing the connection in satellite system, you have to main solution manager sapms<Solman SID> entry in that system's services file. Please make sure satellite system sapms<SID> entry also maintained in Soman system's services file.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Shiva,

I am testing these RFCs in Solution manager and in the service file, we have the entry "sapmsSOL 3600/tcp # SAP System Message Server Port".

Please help.

Hi Abha,

Please make sure the following parameters are set properly in transaction OSS1 (Parameter --> Technical Settings).

SAProuters at Customer Site

SAProuter1

Name: <hostname of saprouter>

IP Address: <IP of saprouter>

Instance no.: <Inst no. of saprouter>

SAProuter and SAPNet Message Server at SAP

SAProuter at SAP

Name: <sapserv1/2/3...>

IP Adress: <IP of sapserv1/2/3/..>

Instance no.: <99>

SAPNet Message Server

Name: oss001

DB Name: 001

Instance no.: 01

In RFC destination SAPOSS, Msg. Server should have the value /H/<your saprouter IP>/S/sapdp99/H/<IP of sapserv1/2/3..>/S/sapdp99/H/oss01

Please mark this message answered, if your issue is resolved.

Hi,

Maybe I am wrong to analyze your issue but can you please check the firewall and Antivirus settings..

Because " connection refused "might be a problem of the firewall.

Also try to ping your host,

ALso please check the following link..

Hi Dude,

Could you start SAP Router for the above command,

Please also check is the following entry " sapdp99 3299/tcp " defined

under the dirctory ...\etc\services of your Saprouter and server host ? ( sapdp00 3299/tcp )

By the way, you have confirmed that your connection was working before,

Please check with SAPOSS connection Logon and Security Tab, what you are given in User Password

partner '192.168.0.147:sapdp99' not reached

This is plain basic... you either have not maintained the services file or the port is been blocked by the firewall....

Assuming 192.168.0.147 is the IP of your SAProuter then check that you can telnet 192.168.0.147 on port 3299 from your SAP System, if that doesn't work then is a problem with your firewall, if the telnet works then you need to maintain the sapdp99 in the services file.

Router is working fine and port 3299 is open.

Hi Raja,

I am login with the SIDADM user and my problem is with the sap-oss & saposs rfc not with router.

But as per the suggestion of experts, I am doing changes in router.

Thanks,

Hi,

Please tell me the SAPOSS and SAP-OSS connection Logon and Security Tab details.

Please try that, Set the SM59 logon & Security Tab Change Mode

SAPOSS connection --> User : OSS_RFC and Password : CPIC

SAP-OSS connection --> User: SUSER id and its password. then save it.

Saprouttab will be staying in Router folder only. You must be copy & Paste of saprouter folder also.

Then it will be working fine. Before that you need check with the saprouttab file is on Both folder ( Mandatory )

Regards

Thomas
