Comparison of SAP GUI 7.1 and 7.2 Features from End-user perspective

We will be upgrading from SAP GUI 7.1 to 7.2 in the near future and need to determine the differences from the end-user perspective. I saw the list of features of 7.2 which looked very nice. I am wondering if anyone has prepared a list of the differences (that may be used to communicate to our internal end-user community).

Hello Jackie,

The new features are outlined in the Installation Guide (page 10.)

The most noticable to the end-users would be the security settings and the different views such as Hierarchial and Tree views

which can be customised.

Thanks for your reply. Can you please elaborate on the securty setting changes that you had to make. Were you forced to make some security setting changes or were they optional (at the discretion of our internal security department)?
