Online backup failing regularly... Need Help

Hi All,

Previously my online backup was success. But i dont know from one week my backup is failing regularly. Kindly help me regarding this.

Please find error log below.

How come its became an issue now? Does anybody monitoring the system and backups?

Isn't your Production system?

First check the points mentioned by Juan (It seems with wrong tape), use the right media and schedule a backup from BRTOOLS and let us know the status.

Contact your backup team for better understanding.

Are you scheduling Backup using DB13 or manually via some tools?? From the message given, I go with JUAN, its a problem with the tape.

its a scheduled backup in db13...

Even though back is scheduled in db13 , ultimately same things happen at back end

I/O error on media tape... seems like your tapes need replacing or are the wrong tapes for the drive, or your drive is faulty
