Background JOB got failed

Dear All,

SAP ECC 6.0, MSSQL,Windows NT

24x AMD64

562

One of the background job got failing daily .

pls check the below log :

25.08.2011 01:30:01 Job started

25.08.2011 01:30:01 Step 001 started (program Z_PROCESS_ACPT_RENS_LPC, variant , user ID BATCHJOBS)

25.08.2011 01:30:01
bwbpdc\dataload\WS\inbound\ACC_REN_20110825.csv file from WS could not be opened.

25.08.2011 01:30:01 Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

can the user SAPService<SID> access that share (permissions)?

Could you pls suggest how do i check SAPService<SID> access has been shared or not ???

Hi Satheesh,

Markus indicated 'share' as '
bwbpdc\dataload\WS\inbound' directory/folder. You need to verify whether the OS user SAPServiceSID is authorized to access this directory or not. You need to verify whether SAPServiceSID user is assigned to proper 'group' on windows host and those groups are the members of Administrator group or not.

If you don't have knowledge of how this assignment is done in windows the you try to ask your OS team to verify it. Also try to refer some sapinst guide as well for SAP OS user authorization concept in case of windows.

It might also happen that this particular .csv file might not exist in that particular directory path.
