Hi,
Where to assign revision in shut down order and what is the order flow.
Regards,
Sudhakar
Hi,
Generally you use Shutdown order for longterm basis , You create revision in OIOB and use that generally in shutdown orders .., In revision u mention the start date and end date , when u use this order then basic start /end dates of order r copied from revision ..., remaining all process remains same ..
Generally since shutdown is on a longterm basis , they create a project in CJ20N in PS , WBS , etc and finally settle the Shutdown order to WBS ..,further u can maintain budget functionality in PM Order from PS by assigning WBS in Additional Tab, in this based on settings in OPSV the Maintenance Order will be reflected as planned cost or commitment cost against WBS and you can have budget check against the commitment .. for this in detail u need to have budget profile settings in PS ..
This process is followed in OIL Industries where they have plant shutdown for Months together ..an example for this is HPCL has shutdown its plants for maintenanace at different locations, first at Mumbai later at Vizag ..etc

Option 1:
Create Z-transaction to mention the revision & plant to be considered for order creation.
This is because, there could be n number of revisions & plants. So system should know these details.
From that transaction, call Maintenance order create BAPI to create shutdown orders for all the equipments under the given plant.
You can get the revision details in T352R.
Option 2:
Create strategy based on shutdown plan & schedule that. So that, it will create the orders. Then Mass change of orders option, update the revision.
