Hi,

i want to extend a customer for different sales organiztion ,distribution channel & division .is it possible to do this and please suggest me the way to do that

Hi

Try the T Code VD01 this is for creating customers in particular sales area.

TCode XD01 creates the customer centrally.Let me know if you need any help

Example : Account Group : ABCD, Customer number : 123456, Company Code : WXYZ, Sale org : ABCD, EFGH,

Distribution Channel : 10,20,30, Division: 10,20

Suppose if you created a Customer 123456 with Combination of WXYZ / ABCD / 10/ 20

the above Customer if you want to extend to different Sale org., or Different Distribution Channel, or Diff. Division

Go to XD01 : Select the Account group : ABCD, Customer number : 123456, Company Code : WXYZ, Sale org. : EFGH ( Exteding Sale org.), Distribution Channel : 20 (Extending), Division :10 (Same )

Under Reference :

Customer : 123456, Company Code : WXYZ, Sale org : ABCD, Distribution Channel : 10 , Division: 10
