Hello Kevindass,

Where do you want to change your source field value?

if you are testing it in your graphical message mapping then test tab you can modify it.

if you want to change source field value at runtime then you can go with constant option or fix value or value mapping .

let us know what is actual requirement so according to that we can give you better solution.
