copy controls from contract type(CQ) to Invoice (FAZ) both are userdefined

Sir,

I have scenario like doing invoice from quantity contract. There are no copy controls for them. I have created copy controls from CQ to FAZ. My requirement is to carry billing plan at header level. I have created a billing plan at header level. But it is not billing. Please help me in filling the fields in copycontrol.

Hi,

Determine Item category WVN in contract or any other

If you want to bill on basis of billing plan then you should set billing relevance as I in item category detail by VOV7

Go to copy control sales to billing by VTFA

Then copy from existing OR to F2 and put your CQ to FAZ

Go to item level check you item category is there if not add it by copying existing one and in detail of item category set

Billing quantity A

Pos./neg. quantity +

Pricing type G

sir, thank you for your response. As u have said i have did every thing but i require only header data to be copied from Quantity Contract to Invoice. I do not want the item data to be copied in to invoice. Please help me out.
