Incorrect word wrap while saving outlook data to R3 thru XI

We are saving the content of a mail from outlook to R3 using XI.

we have a user defined function, written in JAVA, in XI which wraps the mail contents upto some defined length.

Now while fetching the data from R3, we get the content which is not evenly wrapped or in other words, XI is not taking care of the mail contents (to wrap them properly) while saving data in R3 database.

we have checked the java code separately and it is working perfect.

The mail from outlook is getting saved in table SOC3 in R3.

Please help.. any input would be appreciable.

Could show us example of such messages ? And how it should look like ? I do not really understand the issue 😛
