Dear all,
We are about to start CRM 2007 installation.
We have to use the following features in CRM 2007 but were not sure how to activate them
1) TREX
2) Software Agent framework
3) Integrated communication interface --> Simple object access protocol (SOAP)
4) Communication management software --> Stimulator
5) Communication management software --> Business communication broker
Please advice if any dependencies / configurations / Add-Ons / Patches are required to activate these features

As a Basis consultant what do I need to do to activate the above mentioned functionality in CRM 2007?

1) TREX
Trex is need to be installed and connected with CRM/Solution Manager.activate the HTTP service via Tx SMICM as well as Sicf
2) Software Agent framework
Go to Tx SPRO Navigate To Customer Relationship ManagementEnterprise IntelligenceSoftware
Agent Framework after that Execute Name and configure Search Engine Press Continue and go ahead for create a TCP/IP connectivity
3) Integrated communication interface --> Simple object access protocol (SOAP)
Tx SICF use 'default_host' as virtual host and execute for the Activate node /sap/bc/soap/rfc
4) Communication management software --> Stimulator
5) Communication management software --> Business communication broker
SPRO Layout of User Interface (People-Centric UI) and Application Element Field Group and Field Group Structure
