GRC AC10 User level Risk analysis preoblem

Hi

I am configuring the GRC AC10, and i am using the SAP document Post-Installation to First Risk Analysis, everything was done as per the document but in NWBC when i run my User level risk analysis, i am not getting any results, but i am successfully connecting to the ERP system and getting the users/roles, ran the batch analysis job, but no results in User level risk analysis, looks like i am missing something but could find what it is, appreciate if someone can provide me some suggestions.

Luis-

I was able to resolve the problem, i had an issue with jobs GRAC_ROLEREP_ROLE_SYNC , GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC , after they were ran successfully i got the results, Thanks for your pointers.

Hi,

There are several things you can check:

1. Is your system properly linked to a logical group which has rules assigned?

2. Are those rules generated succesfully?

3. Are the roles of the user you are analyzing generated?

4. Are there any errors in the logfile (tcd SLG1)?

5. Check the AC configuration settings, verify they are as per the guide, I experienced that if some of them are missing no results are returned.
