CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=>GUI_UPLOAD is not working WEBGUI

Hi All,

CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=>GUI_UPLOAD is not working when used in WEBGUI. I've used the standard program ITSQ_UPLOAD_DOWNLOAD to test the service. Its saying GUI_UPLOAD is OK but the content of the file and returnlen is 0. This is happening in our QA systems only. In DEV system the same file works fine.

Don't know what happened. Solved it by re-starting the SAP server.

Are both DEV and QA equivalent from ITS perspective? i.e the same BASIS and Kernel patch

If they are check the publishing of SYSTEM and WEBGUI as per the following WIKI:

Re tracing: Does a JVM (JAVA CONSOLE TRACE) provide any further information?
