GRC Access Control 5.3, Add URL to CUP user requests page

Hi,

We completyed implementation GRC access COntrol 5.3,

We are trying to add a url link at CUP "user request page" for a help document. Is this possible to customise CUP request form?

Please anybody give your valuable sugesstions on this.

Hi Satish,

You can use the Support option in the home page of GRC.

You can upload a HTML file from Configuration --> Support --> Support page option.

Do you know where exactly this page(Request Page) stored in server...can we customise that page as per my requirement.

Hi Satish,

As mentioned, you can create a html page and upload it to the system.

The support page is stored in the database table, and not as a physical file on the server. All you can do is create a simple HTML page (may be with a link to your support documents) and upload it by following the mentioned steps.

However, note that you can't upload images or any other files directly such as images etc.,
