Unable to see Message Log in SXMB_MONI

I am unable to see the message logs in SXMB_MONI although all parameters are properly set.

This is an asynchronous interface for which I am not able to see message logs.

For other asynchronous interfaces I am able to see the message logs.

Is there any provision/parameter not to have message log for a particular interface which might have got set anywhere?

Please suggest at your earliest.

first of all do you think your scenario was successful?

Also try to log into the sender application systems i.e ECC or CRM and check in SXMB_MONI there. Do you find a successful entry for your message? There are possibilities that the proxy was not successfully triggered or failed in the sender side itself

It solved our problems.

The messages got stuck into CRM Outbound queue.

Hi,

Check if that interface is using AAE adapters...then the message will not be shown in SXMB_MONI...

which you can see in RWB..

Hi All,

I am unable to understand & apply what you are exactly suggesting me to change.

Actually my interface is Proxy(Sender) to HTTP(Receiver).

Please tell me in more detail.

Hi All,

Please tell me how will I be able see the message logs in SXMB_MONI.

My interface is asynchronous with Proxy as sender adapter & HTTP as receiver adapter.

The parameters in SXMB_ADM are properly set as that of what idealy expected.

Is there anything missing due to which I am unable to see those message logs.
