Rebate condition

Dear All,

In rebate process while creating sale order, rebate condition type (ZBO3) is not apearing in sale order. Condition record is maintained with rebate agreement in VBO1. After analuzing pricicing it is showing "Condition ignored (requirement 024 not fulfilled)". Customer marked as rebate active, in pricing procedure requirement 24 is assigned against rebate condition type.Plz advice what other needs to be checked to determine the rebate condition type in sale order.

Hi

As per standard Rebate Condition do not appear in Sales Order, but it Appears in Invoice. And this is done by Requirement 24, which is assigned against your Rebate Condition in Pricing Procedure in V/08.

If you want that Rebate Condition should appear in Sales Order, then go to V/08 and remove the requirement 24 against your Condition Type.

Hi,

The requirement u201C24u201D in column u201CReqtu201D prevents the rebate condition from displaying on any document type but the invoice. Simply remove this requirement off if you want to have visibility of rebates at order entry time as well.

Dear All,

Thanx for the replies, rebate condition is showing in billing document and am able to post the billing. But while going for settlement, (VBO2) it is giving error"Plant is not allowed for Sales Office 5101" " Message no. 00398". plz suggest how it will be resolved.

HI,

If you check the Requirement 24 , its clearly mention that it is applicable in billing level , Return orders, credit memo & debit memo

so you can see at the time of Billing level Rebate Condition record
