Hi Gurus,
I have below inspection plan.
1. There are two MIC in inspection plan say MIC01 have sampling procedure tick marked in control indicator and MIC02 sampling procedure & SPC Characteristics tick marked in control indicator
2. I have assigned sampling procedure say SMP01 & SMP02 respectively to both MIC in inspection plan
3.Sampling procedure SMP01 have fixed sample & Valuation mode is 400
4.Sampling procedure SMP02 have fixed sample & Valuation mode is 700
5. I have assigned SPC criterion 010 Task list characteristics to MIC02 in inspection plan
When I try to assign this inspection plan to inspection lot facing below error even assigned sampling procedure.
No sampling procedure found for sample determination
Message no. QD256
Diagnosis
In sample or test equipment management, the system has to find a sampling procedure for every inspection characteristic. This can either be specified for the inspection characteristic in the inspection plan or in Customizing as a default value.
In this case, no sampling procedure has been specified either in the inspection plan or Customizing.
System Response
As a result, the sample determination could not be executed for the inspection lot.
Procedure
Assign a sampling procedure to every inspection characteristic in the inspection plan, or
Define default sampling procedures in Customizing for sample management and test equipment management.
Create the inspection lot again, or carry out the sample determination using the "Change inspection lot" transaction for the incomplete inspection lot.
Could anyone pls tell me where do I wrong
This is primerily because of
1.You have used inspection points in task list header for sample or test equipment management or free defined
or
2.You have used sample drawing procedure in task list header.
Remove same & then check !!
