Hi,
In your copy controls tcode VTLA there is a field copying requirements. Create a routine for this and check if the condition record for a cond type has expired and if so,assign a delivery block with a pop-up message.

Hi,
As this is not possible still can try it through routine,
Write a routine in VOFM, to check whether associated sales order(from which creating delivery) pricing condition type, condition record is expired
And same you can assign in OVLK as ITEM requirement or in copy control order to delivery at header level.
