Can someone highlight the function of Account assignment group in Customer Master & Material Master.

The function of account assignment group is

Is for to determine respective G/L account and that is in association with other fields/Parameters which are in VKOA

HI

You have to maintain these fields along with the combination of sales organization , chart of accounts and G/L accounts for revenue account determination.

In order to post the revenues for the GL accounts we have to maintain in VKOA
