Hi,
We are on SRM 5.0 SP12,extended classic.
We havent maintained any configuration for sending alerts through SPRO
config :SAP Supplier Relationship Management-->Cross-Application Basic
Settings>Event and Event Schema for Alert Management>Define Event
Schema.However still emails are being sent out from our system with
subject text "Mail:Shopping cart XXXXX was released".
We want to disable these notifications and dont understand why these
notifications are being sent out even though we have not maintained any
config for alerts as mentioned above.
Alternatively,is there any way we can change the contents of the email
as the standard emails have wrong english.
Please advise.

Go to the shopping cart transaction type config. Then check if an Event Schema is maintained.
To disable the shopping cart notification, remove the Event Schema maintained in the transaction type.
