Error at pre processing phase during upgrade from XI3.0 to PI7.3

Hello all

we are in process of upgrading our XI from 3.0 to PI7.3. The upgrade process got stuck at the pre processing stage with the below error. Can anyone please advise

An error has occurred during the execution of the DEPLOY_ONLINE_SHD_DM phase.

Error while executing DeploymentManager phase with action deploySlot. Check the log files for the specified action. Deployment error. Could you please send me documentation for upgrade from xi 3.0 to pi 7.3

or

what are the required step for this.

we are also planning to do in my project.

Hi,

Could you paste the update from log usr/sapCX2/CX2/upg/java/log/deploy_api.0.log? It might have more details regarding the error.
