Hp Quality Center

I just installed Solman 7.1 and have downloaded and applie ST-QCA. I've activated it within IMG.

I want to configure it but the following path no longer exists in spro -

Configuration 􀁯 Scenario-Specific Settings 􀁯 Third Party Integration 􀁯 SAP Quality Center by HP

and I can't find it.

Does any one know the specific path with spro for Hp quality center?

Also, do I need a license key to activate it?
