SAP Engineering Change Record -- lead change number numbering

Dear All,

there is SPRO table under objects in PLM Web UI --> Engineering Record we maintain a number range for Lead change # created from Engineering Change Record.

so when lead change # is generated it will take # from above configuration setting and create change number.which is ok and i observed till date.

but now I am observing a different behavious in SAP PLM engineering record in one of new servers i am trying to configure SAP PLM 7.01. in which when at approved status of engieering change record it creates change # it refers to numbering range defined under Engineering change maangement --> numbering range configuration.

and it picks next internal # from that configuration and throws error that the same # in not in external numbering range.

I am stuck with this situation and confused why it is not refering to correct configuration under PLM UI settings?

Please suggest what is wrong?

Solved by SAP Note, which removes different number range need.
