Workflow is stuck, Approve in Background

We are using SRM 4.0

The WF has approved at multiple level and is stuck at the last level.

I can not forward the SC through FM.

The user is asking me to approve the SC on his behalf in the background.

How can I approve the SC in Background?

Hi,

Select the SC GUID and input it to SWO1 for BUS2121. Then release it. I will get back to you with detailed system navigation tomorrow once I have the system in front of me.

Hi,

Go to Tcode SWO1In the object type provide BUS2121click on testthen click on instance and provide your SC GUIDthen execute method 'Set Release' as mentioned by Prasanna.

Hi,

As Nikhil said, the best is to simulate BUS2121 for the SC. And execute the methos SETRELEASED for this business object instance.
