Description/log fileld Fields are blank at the time of display

Dear all;

After Creating the document at the time of diplay the following fiels are not coming In the tab Page

Description /Log Field -st-status txt user date /time.

What to do in thsi case?

Hi Joydeep,

Trust you are referring to the fields in the 'Originals' tab of a DIR.Would like to inform you that the values for these fields are populated when an original has a content version existing.

To verify,checkout an original,perform changes and check it in as a new version and save.Log off and log in again and access the original.The values for the fields Desc,Status,St text,User,Date/Time will be displayed. Hope this helps.

could you please check the field control settings for the used document type in transaction DC10. Are the mentioned field not visible in CV03N when you access the created document info record?
