Shopping Cart - Error

Dear SRM Gurus,

While creating shopping cart, in STEP1 when i click on ADD TO SHOPPING CART, am getting following error.

What has happened?

The URL http://sdv.XYZ.co.in:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc02/~flNUQVRFPTIzMzE2LjAwMy4wMi4wMQ== was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system SDV : An exception occurred that was not caught.

The error occurred on the application server sapapp25_SDV_01 and in the work process 1 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

What can I do?

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system SDV in transaction ST22.

If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server sapapp25_SDV_01 in transaction SM21.

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server sapapp25_SDV_01 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error code: ICF-IE-http -c: 300 -u: ANILR -l: E -s: SDV -i: sapapp25_SDV_01 -w: 1 -d: 20060823 -t: 200558 -v: RABAX_STATE -e: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error

Hi,

As far as I know, its a memory issue. You have to increase the memory I believe. contact your system admin, they shud help u out.

If it helps award the point for the same.

Hi,

For the following error u have to RUN ONE REPORT i.e.

T.code- SE38 and the report is SITSPMON.

I think this will solve ur purpose.

T.code- SE38 and the report is SITSPMON run this report> Next Screen Display some code press F8 and click on "TEMPLATE AND MIME CACHE> The status should be Green.

I think this will solve ur purpose.

Hi Anil,

Could you please provide us more information (like dump in transaction ST22...)

It could be a problem with your purchasing organisation and purchasing group set-up or anyhting else... without more information from your side.

Please post more details (transaction ST22 , SM21...) so we can help you

Yesterday I had given u some reply pertaining to ur problme did u tried for that or not, first u try that one and I am sure it will solve ur purpose.

What is your SRM version and support packs?Are you using IPC for pricing?

Check SAP notes 789571, 724118.

It seems you need to upgrade your support pack.

Also try executing BBPSC02 in SRM GUI.

Dear Anil

Check tcode sm21 for more detail and try to debug the shopping cart from sap GUI - BBPSC01.

check the table entries - TWPURLSVR

Just check the problem with the specific user or for all users.

try the same thing with different users having employee role.
